Stori Jac's Story
Jac was born on 12th April 2012 at 6.15, 30 minutes after his twin brother Wil. Jac was a strong and determined little boy. He had the best smile ever that lit up the room. He was a cheeky little boy and was always caught laughing when his brother Wil was in trouble. He had a sweet tooth and although he liked food, he always suffered from digestion issues. This did cause him some pain, but in his true spirit he always battled on.
