Stori Jac'S Story

Elusen Jac Bach Charity was founded in 2015 in memory of our son Jac. Jac was born on April 12th 2012, half an hour after his twin brother Wil. Jac was a strong and determined little boy. He had the best smile ever that lit up the room. He was a cheeky little boy and was always caught laughing when his brother was in trouble.  Jac had always suffered from digestion issues which caused him some pain, but in his true spirit he always battled on. He also loved Ed Sheeran, specifically "Thinking out loud" - this always brought a smile to his face and the song continues to bring warmth to our hearts.

Tragically on the 3rd of February, Jac passed away peacefully in his sleep in my arms due to unknown causes. We are blessed for everyday we spent with Jac and he touched the lives of everyone he met. In his memory, it is our wish to help other children fight their own battles and make their lives a little easier.

Since starting the charity in 2015, we have raised over £131,,000 for numerous causes through a variety of fundraising events, ranging from fashion shows to climbing Pen y Fan and even cycling from London to Paris, to name only a few! More information is available on the website www.jacbach.com

Sefydlwyd Elusen Jac Bach yn 2015 er cof annwyl am ein mab Jac. Ganwyd Jac ar 12ed o Ebrill 2012, hanner awr ar ôl ei efaill Wil. Roedd Jac yn fachgen bach cryf a phenderfynol ac roedd ganddo’r wen mwyaf direidus. Roedd yn dipyn o gymeriad ac yn aml yn chwerthin pan fyddai ei frawd yn cael stwr! Dioddefodd Jac am ran fwyaf o’i fywyd byr o salwch nid oedd modd esbonio. Yn annisgwyl, ar y 3ydd o Chwefror 2015, hunodd yn dawel yn fy mreichiau. Rydym yn ddiolchar am bob diwrod a gawsom gyda Jac. Er cof amdano, ein dymuniad ni yw i helpu plant sydd yn brwydro salwch ac i wneud eu bywydau ychydig yn haws.

Ers i ni ddechrau’r Elusen yn 2015, rydym wedi codi dros £131,000 ar gyfer nifer o achosion gwahanol drwy nifer o ffyrdd, yn amrwyrio o Sioeau ffasiwn i ddringo Pen y Fan, ac hyd yn oed seiclo o Lundain i Baris i enwi ond rhai! Gweler y wefan www.jacbach.com am fwy o wybodaeth.
